We have a proven track record for getting advertisers the

Why you should advertise in the
Prairie Times:
Targeted Circulation: we
mail to a target market with the best demographics in the entire
region. This means our readers have excellent buying power.
Long Shelf Life: many of our readers say they keep and read the
Prairie Times until the next issue arrives. Long shelf life
translates into better results for advertisers.
Extreme Popularity: people go out of their way to patronize our
advertisers. Readers tell us, "I really like the wholesome
stories you print. It's something I'm not afraid to let my kids
read. I didn't realize there were so many businesses in this
area!" With the building boom in our communities, you need to
advertise to tell them where you are and what you offer. Don't
let their business get away because they don't know you're
around!
Very Reasonable Rates: because of the long shelf life and
popularity, we can offer you great coverage in our target area
at extremely reasonable rates. |

Writer's Guidelines:
Do you think you have what it takes to become a writer? We
would love to find out! We publish material from all ages
(our youngest writers have been nine years old) on a variety
of topics, but do require a few things from our writers:
We Prefer Local Writers
Out-of-country submissions will be declined. Out-of-state
submissions are fine, provided we have some indication that
you are familiar with our publication and are writing in our
unique flavor.
All Manuscripts Must Include Your Name & Address
We get submissions all the time via e-mail with no name or
return address on the manuscript. Don't do that!
Submissions Must Be Family-Friendly
No drinking, no vulgar content, no bad language. Our readers
love our material because it's appropriate for all ages.
Please Read Our
Official Writer's Guidelines.
